I used humidibags and a humidor, so I don't use the cooler as a humidor. Anyways, your best bet is to use a Johnson external temperature control unit which I bought for about $60. I set it to 68 degrees because it has a 2.5 degrees give and take. I like my set up. It's super easy to maintain. I use a wine cooler just to keep my cigars at the right temp. The cooler has a range upto the warmest of 18 C or approx 64 F which i understand to be ok. I've purchased some humidity beads from Heartfelt Industries but they're taking some time to get here in the post. Hopefully they'll do the job - a number of people on other sites recommend them. Oh one thing you need to check when getting your cooler is that its thermoelectric otherwise i think it destabilizes the humidity. They only do cubans but this site does non cubans too www.doncigarro.com.
