Cigar Reviews: 
There are 2 sites I like to use to find out what peoples opinion of a specific cigar is or where I can post my opinion.   cigar-reviews.org is great for cuban information and cuban reviews.  The other is top25cigars.com which is great for non-cubans and much more information.  Cigar Aficionado has reviews but only limited information but loads of articals and information.

http://top25cigars.com offers reviews of cubans and non-cuban cigars, club-stogie and much, much more.

http://cigar-reviews.org is another great site but only has reviews for cuban cigars.

http://www.cigaraficionado.com has a review section but is limited unless you subscribe to it.
 

Cigar Infomation:
For other information, like articles, blogs and formuns you can try these sites. 
http://www.cigaraficionado.com has lodes of interesting articals, forums, blogs and information about cuba.

http://www.cigarfriendly.com has information about vendors, cigar lounges, resturants and other information.  Not 100% accurate though.

http://www.cigarcyclopedia.com  is another useful site for getting information on cigars and books and vendors.
